What we do
Established companies with a proven model, healthy demand and a clear track record of solving a real market need.
Strong client relationships, repeat business, and revenue that is not overly dependent on one customer or contract.
Opportunities where stronger digital systems, automation, marketing and operational refinement can unlock further growth.
Our approach
A short 10–20 minute call to understand the business, the owner's journey and the reason for sale.
If there's a potential fit, we request key financials and assess the fundamentals of the business.
We put forward an indicative offer and, if accepted, agree heads of terms then ideally meeting in person.
We work through the legal and financial process with advisers, aiming to complete within 12–16 weeks.

Who we are
PayPerClose ("we") operates this website. For anything related to your data, contact us at laurareed@payperclose.co.uk.
What we collect and why
• Booking details — when you book a call we ask for your name, e-mail address and optionally your company and a note. We use them solely to schedule, confirm and hold that call, and to contact you about it.
• Usage statistics — we count page visits using an anonymised, salted hash that rotates daily. We never store your IP address, we set no analytics cookies, and we cannot identify you from this data.
Cookies and local storage
• One essential session cookie is used only in the administration area to keep the site owner signed in. Visitors browsing or booking do not receive it.
• Your browser's local storage remembers small preferences (for example that you have dismissed the cookie notice). It never leaves your device.
• If a video is embedded from YouTube or Vimeo, those providers may set their own cookies when you play it, under their respective privacy policies.
Where your data goes
Booking details are stored in our database and, to put the call in our calendar, may be processed by Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) as our calendar and e-mail provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to administer our call history and then deleted. Anonymous visit statistics contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Under the UK/EU GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. E-mail us and we will act on your request without undue delay. You may also complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK: the ICO).
